imagine Ltd - the developer
Imagine Developers Ltd is a St Lucian company formed in March 2000 to design and construct the homes at Mount du Cap. Its two directors are Mark Waters and Brendan McShane. Mark Waters is the former founding partner and director of The Imagination Group (one of the world's largest and most highly regarded design consultancies).
The company has secured the services of the relevant consultants to ensure that the quality and structural integrity of the designs matches local conditions and regulatory requirements. The consultants are made up of senior professionals with many years experience in both Barbados and St Lucia.
Ian Morrison - THE ARCHITECT
Morrison Architects are established in Barbados and have been in existence since 1979. Ian Morrison studied architecture in England and in Venezuela, before joining Robertson Ward Architects in Barbados to work on the construction of the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel in 1960.
Morrison Architects have been involved in the building of numerous luxurious
and exclusive projects across the Caribbean in Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, Grenada, Venezuela, Turks
and Caicos and St Thomas.
